Nothing in life that is worth having comes easily. The problem is that sometimes we do not know what is worth having and sometimes we do not want to make the effort. It is not our DNA but values that make us "human." Corporations are nothing but a reflection of the humans or animals - as the case might be, who manage them.

This issue of values is seeped in morality. But it transcends the pursuit of the soul for it is not a matter of faith but fact that there is a deep rooted connection between values and profitability.
