 Enterprise Architecture Assessment Framework (EAAF) determines the progress of an enterprise architecture program - both in terms of process and outcomes - against stated objectives.

The Enterprise Architecture Assessment Framework (EAAF) uses assessment criteria to evaluate the maturity and effectiveness of an enterprise architecture program. Each criterion consists of five maturity levels, scored from 1-5. Related assessment criteria are grouped into three capability areas:
completion, use and results.

Enterprise Architecture Assessment Framework (EAAF) has been developed by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for federal agencies; however, it can be applied to commercial organizations as well.
