 This paper introduces the concept of "e-Business components" or "building blocks." These components are modeled in terms of value delivered and the capabilities required to deliver it. The concept builds upon real world eBusiness initiatives and their results.

These eBusiness components are designed for re usability - across industries and functional areas within an organization. Hence, proven eBusiness techniques can be re-applied across organizations do duplicate success in value creation.
