The best part is the attempt to explain and provide a solution to the complexity that comes with a diversified/distributed corporate structure - how does one align business with IT when the "business" has several business units/divisions?
The presentation provides an excellent overview of business IT alignment with different scenarios. As with any presentation, unfortunately, you will have to read between the lines a lot.
