Securing Strategic Benefit From Enterprise Architecture
Often, we get caught up in the details of an enterprise architecture. The blueprint captures the imagination of the architects and the time and money it took to develop it becomes the topic of discussion for senior leaders. Is it time for us to remember and articulate the reason for enterprise architecture?
Please remember an enterprise architecture is created to "build" the business capability to enable business strategy. It is useless if this building is not built.
