CIO Survey: Insights & Perspectives from IT Leaders

"From the outside looking in, the status of the IT leader appears to be positive. IT leaders report that they are driven by the desire for expanded decision-making opportunities, more management responsibility and a greater involvement in business strategy. This desire for authority is the undercurrent impacting many aspects of this study and its findings."
