 In reply to the question of why he replaced half of the company’s top management, Alan G. Lafley, chief executive officer of Procter & Gamble, remarked: “Our management should have a broader basis – more women, more cultures and nationalities.”

What's up with this newfound love with the minorities aka "valuing diversity"? It turns out that it is good for business!
