Introduction to eSourcing Capability Model provides a bird's eye view to understand and use the eSCM model developed by Carnegie Mellon.
eSourcing Capability Model or eSCM is a framework developed by Carnegie Mellon University to help get value from outsourcing relationships. By understanding value drivers both the client organization and service provider can create a win-win outsourcing relationship. eSCM provides an incremental value growth path that can be used to assess and further strengthen the relationship.
