 The most commonly cited team effectiveness models are:
• Rubin, Plovnick, and Fry (1977)
• Katzenbach and Smith (1993)
• LaFasto and Larson (2001)
• Hackman (2002)
• Lencioni (2005)

and of course Korn Ferry's T7 Model of Team Effectiveness Model.
