This survey was conducted to find out non-IT executives' views on IT’s contribution to the business and identify ways their enterprises are governing IT. What do these executives rely on for guidance on IT?
The results revealed that these executives believe that IT is critical to the success of their organizations. They also agree that IT has contributed to business value. However, they also know that there are barriers to realizing the full potential of IT.
