Building a BPM Center of Excellence

This paper presents a good way to create a business process management center of excellence based upon some true and tried best practices.

The business world currently lives in a "functional" organization design i.e. the "company" or "organization" is broken into "departments" or "functions" such as "IT" and "marketing." This paper presents a good way forward - creating a business process management center of excellence based upon some true and tried best practices. Good Read!
