Monczka Model
Comparing the Kraljic and Monczka Models of Purchasing

  6. People and Skills: This element focuses on the skills and competencies of procurement professionals, including their knowledge of procurement processes, negotiation skills, and business acumen.

The Monczka Model provides a comprehensive framework for analyzing procurement operations and identifying opportunities for improvement.
