Mr. Hajela is experienced in creating enterprise wide IT Capability driven by the entire range of business situations such as new market entry, business process reengineering (BPR), post merger integration and cross process integration. Representative clients in the Financial, High-Tech and Manufacturing industries have included: Prudential, Citibank, Bank of America, Allmerica, Solomon, Smith Barney, HP, MCI and IBM.
Most recently, Mr. Hajela was Head of e-Business, with ING USFS. Prior to that, he was Vice President, head of e-Business at Prudential Financial . Mr. Hajela has held leadership positions with top-tier consulting firms, such as A.T. Kearney and Booz, Allen & Hamilton, marketing and leading engagements in strategy, e-business and IT-Strategy. He also served as Brand Manager for a high-tech company in India.
Mr. Hajela was recognized for his thought leadership by being awarded the A.T. Kearney Intellectual Capital Silver Medal for 1999.
Mr. Hajela received a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Syracuse University. His Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Process Engineering is from the Indian Institute of Technology.
